Review or Appeal Requests- No. 2024-01 No. 2024-02 No. 2024-03
The Review and Appeal Panel will hold oral hearings to consider the appeals requested by Brandi Marriott, Brandon Peters, and Alexandrea Souch (the Applicants) of the decisions of Jordan Loose, Elections Officer (the Respondent) not to certify the Applicants as candidates in the Tla’amin Nation September 14, 2024 election.
The hearings are scheduled for Monday, August 19, 2024 at the following times
- 10:00 am No. 2024-01 – Marriott
- 11:30 am No. 2024-02 – Peters
- 1:00 pm No. 2024-03 – Souch
Start times for No. 2024-02 and No. 2024-03 may be adjusted based on the conclusion of the preceding hearing.
These hearings are open to the Tla’amin public.
The hearings will be held by video-conference. The public may view the hearings via Zoom or in person at the viewing centre in the Governance House Lobby. Anyone wishing to view the hearings must register in advance at www.tlaaminnation.com/rap.
