Tla’amin Nation’s Employment and Training Services support members as they build skills, gain experience, and move into meaningful work.
We act as guides and connectors—helping people access training, certifications, and employment opportunities, both in community and across the region.
What We Do

We organize and promote training such as first aid, safety tickets, and skills-based workshops. - Employment support
We help connect members with job opportunities, including local employers and Nation-led initiatives. - Career planning
