It also confirms a revised submission deadline of Friday, June 13, 2025, at 4:30 PM. Interested parties should review the addendum in full to ensure their proposals align with the updated requirements.
The optional site visit has been changed from Monday, May 19, 2025, at 1:00 PM to Tuesday, May 20, 2025, at 1:00 PM.

Tla’amin Nation (TN) invites qualified contractors to submit proposals for the design and construction of six (6) self-contained transitional housing units on TN lands. The six transitional housing units may be designed as six individual units, two triplexes, or another combination that meets the project objectives and site constraints, subject to approval by Tla’amin Nation. These units will provide safe, temporary accommodation for Tla’amin citizens experiencing housing instability—including individuals who are unhoused, at risk of homelessness, fleeing domestic violence, or displaced by no-fault eviction—while they seek permanent housing solutions.
