2025 Healthy Living Dividend Applications Now Open

The Tla’amin Nation today opens applications for this year’s Healthy Living Dividend.
Every registered Tla’amin adult and child is eligible to receive a $500 direct payment to support your own wellness goals—whether that’s helping with sports and recreation costs, travel to tournaments, cultural activities, or simply easing the cost of daily life. We know wellness looks different for every household, and this dividend is one way we support your wellness on your terms.
As a bonus this year, members who have completed their taq̓atštəm Tla’amin Census will receive a $50 top-up per person* at the time their dividend is processed. The census is a powerful tool—it helps us plan for programs, services, and Nation priorities. It’s about making every Tla’amin voice count. 392 Tla’amin Citizens have already completed taq̓atštəm so make sure your voice is heard.
Dividend payments will be issued in four rounds—June 6, 13, 20, 27. The application can be downloaded here.
We raise our hands to all the Tla’amin families working hard every day to support their children, care for their Elders, and invest in their wellness.
