Tender Opportunity for the Harwood Dr. Subdivision

Construction of site servicing for a 15-lot subdivision located at
Harwood Drive off the Sunshine Coast Highway approximately 11
km northwest of Powell River BC (Part of Lot 190, District Lot 8218,
Group 1, New Westminster District – Plan EPP58244).

The work generally consists of, but is not limited to waterworks, sanitary
sewer, sanitary force main, onsite and offsite storm drainage, road
construction including curb, gutter, and sidewalk, shallow utilities,
rain gardens and landscaping for a 15-lot subdivision development,
as described in the Contract Documents.
