About the Lund Hotel and Marina
Tla’amin Resorts and Accommodations Inc. (TRAI) is inviting Expressions of Interest from qualified resort management companies, hospitality operators, or experienced operator teams (including couples) to manage the Lund Resort & Marina.
Located at the gateway to Desolation Sound in Tla’amin Territory, the resort is a year-round operation that includes:
- 31-room hotel and guest services
- Restaurant, pub, and banquet facilities
- Marina, fuel dock, and long-term moorage
- Full-service retail store (grocery, beer/wine, deli)
- Surface parking and leased commercial units
We’re looking for operators with:
- Proven hospitality/lodging management experience
- Capacity to manage multi-unit operations (hotel, marina, retail)
- Strong financial and administrative skills
- Cultural awareness and willingness to participate in Tla’amin cultural training
- Ability to live onsite or ensure consistent onsite management coverage
EOIs (5–10 pages) should include:
- Operator background (company or team bios)
- Operational approach and management concept
- Proposed fee structure concept
- Cultural alignment statement
- Three references
