Location: qathet Region, BC Salary: $43.68 per hour Schedule: 5 X 2 Shift

Job description:
Tla’amin Lake Contracting LP (TLC) is seeking an experienced Log Loader Operator to join our team in the qathet Region. You will be responsible for safely and efficiently loading of timber, supporting productive site operations, and maintaining equipment.
This role requires a minimum of 3 years experience log loading. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, mechanically knowledgeable, and a collaborative team player.
Your tasks include, but are not limited to:
- Load on and off highway logging trucks
- Hoe chuck when required
- Clean ditches, pile and deactivate according to the logging plan.
- Perform pre and post work daily basic maintenance/servicing of assigned equipment
- Following all safety protocols and best practices
- Attending safety trainings and site meetings
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of landing areas and logging sites
About You
To qualify as a Log Loader Operator, you need to have a valid Class 5 Driver’s License and at least 3 years of logging equipment experience.
