Tla’amin Nation Housing helps eligible homeowners access funding for repairs, maintenance, and home adaptations.
These supports are in place to help keep homes safe, functional, and well cared for over time.
What We Support
Funding may be available for:
- Home repairs and maintenance
Addressing wear and tear, safety issues, and necessary upgrades. - Renovations and improvements
Projects that improve the condition and livability of your home. - Home adaptations
Changes to support accessibility and mobility needs.
Who This Is For
Funding may be available to:
- Elders
- People living with disabilities
- Other eligible Tla’amin homeowners
Eligibility and available programs may vary depending on funding sources.
How It Works
The Housing Department works with external funding partners, including:
- Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation (CMHC)
- Indigenous Services Canada (ISC)
Housing staff can help:
- Determine eligibility
- Identify available programs
- Submit applications on your behalf (where applicable)
