No. Some positions are on-site, but others offer hybrid or fully remote options. Approximately 15 management and senior professional roles are currently hybrid or remote, depending on operational needs. If you have inquiries about our work-life balance options, please contact us.

Yes. We’re building a pipeline of people who want to work with Tla’amin. You may submit our General Career Interest Form, and HR will keep your information for future opportunities.
Our workplace is values-driven and focused on community, work–life balance, cultural grounding in the delivery of our services, professional growth, collaboration between all our departments, and with our intergovernmental partners and agencies.
HR provides support with onboarding, policies, workplace wellness, respectful workplace issues, and general employee development. We are also adding new roles (such as a safety advisor) to strengthen support for staff.
We recommend sending an email to our general HR email for questions related to jobs, careers, and HR support to ensure your inquiry reaches the correct team member.
