Work includes (but not limited to) civil/sitework, landscaping, detailed excavation & slab prep, formwork, rebar, misc. steel fabrications, wood framing, trusses & TJIs, millwork, finish carpentry, batt & spray insulation, SBS roofing, hardie panel and wood siding, HM and wood doors, curtainwall glazing & glass entrances, vinyl windows, drywall, vinyl plank, sheet flooring, tile, paint, sprinklers, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, etc.
Please note that Add 1 has been posted along with an extension to Thursday Oct 23.
